It is finally berry season and I am so excited! This berry chia seed pudding will fit perfectly into your recipe arsenal. It looks so beautiful and bright. This is an amazing dessert if you top it with some fresh raspberries and vegan yogurt. You can even trade out the raspberries for any berry you prefer.
Berry Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 3 tablespoons agave
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (or strawberry, blueberry, or blackberry)
Instructions
In a blender, add the fresh berries of choice and soy milk, blend until smooth
In a jar add the berry milk, chia seeds, and agave. Add lid and shake or mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Place in fridge overnight or 30 minutes and top with fresh berry and yogurt.
