Growing up, one of my go-to orders at my favorite Italian restaurant was chicken parmesan. So this cauliflower parm is a perfect replacement for my childhood favorite. The cauliflower gets perfectly roasted and adding bubbly, gooey cheese makes for a delicious combination. I love adding fresh basil leaves on top to add some freshness to this dish. This recipe is not only simple to cook, but also tastes absolutely amazing.
