Is it truly breakfast without some crispy breakfast potatoes? Breakfast potatoes just bring the whole meal together. They are easy to make and taste amazing too. You can eat them as a side or add them into a breakfast burrito.
Classic Breakfast Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 russet potatoes, washed, peeled, and cubed
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes. I like to cut the potatoes in small bite-sized cubes.
In a medium bowl, add the potatoes and olive oil. Mix to ensure all the potatoes are thoroughly coated. Add the paprika, garlic powder, and salt & pepper to the potatoes and mix well.
Add the potatoes to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping half way. Bake until the potatoes are crispy and golden.
Serve with some ketchup or add them to your favorite breakfast burritos. Enjoy!
