I have said it once and I will say it again…I am a matcha girl through and through. This honey matcha yogurt bark is one of my favorite go-to snacks or desserts. The honey helps even out the earthy flavor of the matcha and adding yogurt elevates the flavor profile of this snack.
Honey Matcha Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- dried strawberries
- white chocolate chips
Instructions
In a bowl, combine yogurt and 2 tablespoons honey (or agave).
On a parchment lined baking sheet, spread the honey yogurt in an even layer.
In a bowl, combine 1 teaspoon matcha powder with 2 tablespoons warm water and whisk to combine until smooth.
Dot the matcha mixture over the yogurt and then using a knife, swirl the matcha into the yogurt.
Top with crumbled dried strawberries and white chocolate chips.
Place in the freezer of about 1 hour.
Once the yogurt bark is hardened and break the yogurt bark into desirable piece sizes and enjoy!
