This peach Moscow mule mocktail is the perfect drink to make on a warm summer day. Peaches are one of my favorite fruits and adding them to a Moscow mule mocktail is the perfect combination because the peach flavor adds sweetness to the drink. The lime juice adds a beautiful citrus element to the drink to bring it all together.

- 1 1/2 cups ginger ale
- 1/2 peach for a jar
- 1/4 cup peach juice from the peach jar
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup

In a cup, combine 1/2 peach, peach juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Use a muddle to combine.

Fill a copper cup with ice and add the peach mixture and top with ginger ale.
