Serves: 5-6

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, washed and cut in half
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons agave
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang paste

Instructions

1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2

Wash and cut the brussels sprouts in half.

3

In a bowl combine the agave, olive oil, and gochujang. Mix until well combined, add the brussels sprouts to the mixture and stir.

4

Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Spread the brussels sprouts in an even layer on the sheet, trying to avoid getting any of the excess liquid on the baking sheet. You just want the marinated brussels sprouts. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

5

After the 15 minutes are done, flip and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until crispy.

6

Serve as an appetizer or with some rice and tofu. Enjoy!
